Product shape confirming
The first step is to finalize the glass manufacturing process through the custom glass shape and form.
Drawing and size checking
Once receiving the drawing from clients, our team will double-check the drawing and size through their skilled glass knowledge to ensure the success of clients' project without any delays and cost wasting. This is our most competitive advantage, which has helped more than 50 clients find out potential design flaws.
Custom mold making
After adjusting and confirming the drawing, our mould team will start making a custom glass mould as per the drawing at first for making a custom glass sample before batch production.
Bespoke Glassware sampling
Once the custom sample mould is ready, our glass production team will make samples and test if the glass shape and style looks good, we will modify the mould the first samples don't look good, and resample after the custom mould modification.

What if we receive products of poor quality, is there a warranty policy?Your money deserves good quality is always our rule for so many years, all glasses are inspected twice before shipment, and we are happy to have any designated 3rd party inspection. If you receive poor quality products, we will refund the money, offer a discount or replace them in the next order.

For custom styles, we produce custom glasses at any time if the quantity is more than 500pcs. Our policy is once an order is placed, we guarantee the delivery date under all circumstances. -
