Shenhua: Sample time is within 25 days for custom new mold orders and within 8 days for existing moulds.
7. An important retailer that we plan to work with questioned whether the coating of the pump would hold while using it frequently. They had some negative experiences with the one that looked similar in the past. Can you confirm if this should be fine with our pump?
Shenhua: The coating on our pumps won't fall off unless they are ruined by sharp tools, we use premium coating material to ensure colour endurance.
8. Hi, we need to develop a new custom glass toothbrush holder with a lid and wanna launch it within 2 months, is it possible?
Shenhua: We can complete samples within 25 days through a new mould, and control the batch production time within 18 days. However, our only concern is the tight shipping time and air shipping should be applied if you would like to launch within 2 months.
